Police have expanded the search for Danelo Cavalcante, the killer who escaped Pennsylvania’s Chester County prison and say he is within an eight to 10 square mile radius. NBC News’ George Solis has the latest updates.

That's the problem with government. It's outdated. No need to have an army of fat cops roaming around. They have drones equipped with infrared cameras and most of these cases are solved with public tips. This is a massive waste of taxpayer money. But what can you expect? It's PA.

Why wasn't anyone in the prison watching the security footage, and why did it take over an hour before the local police were notified of an escaped inmate? This is the worst prison I've ever seen.
So they have cameras in the prison, but no one is monitoring them? And, this is the second time a guy breaks out the same way in the same place? Someone needs to be fired.
