This is misinformation. She said she was suspending our Constitutional Rights (paid for by generations of brave souls) across All cities, except those with fewer than a number below a thousand. She did not say the Health emergency of crime 19 was contained to Albuquerque. Why is this either being glazed over or incorrectly reported about almost everywhere? It may make one think it's done so people that didn't listen to exactly what she said wont realize that the governor said that she didn't take the Constitution or her oath to it as concrete, so she just went straight to the 2nd Amendment and erased it as, it seems, the right to defend oneself the right to bare arms against enemies of the Constitution both foreign and domestic just isn't concrete, not the way she interprets it. So she decided to criminalize the people that carry guns legally because there'are too many real criminals in her state that are shooting and killing. And she even twists other words to fit her beliefs. Because in her truth as she interprets this, it's a health emergency. That is the alley she's taken to suspend the Constitution and make legal carriers criminals until real crime goes down. So, if you love your Grandma, you will consent for 30 days or until the we flatten curve. 🥰
