Just imagine what type of individual thinks that is actually funny. If someone talked about a girl getting hit and going over the hood of your car, out of millions of people who in their right mind would actually physically laugh, let alone a cop. That person's mental state is deranged. He should be kicked off just for a psychological study soley on that.
We have to expect that police officers will make mistakes sometimes..it is the nature of the job… But what really matters most is the intention of the officer.. and his/her attitude towards performing their service to the public.
Yall dont care. Thats why theres no meaningful reforms at all, and thats why once fired rapists and murderer cops get hired at other departments when nobody's paying attention…

Seattle spends money on all kinds of stupid stuff. Why can't they hire highly qualified personnel as police officers? Increase the salary and have them go through a better qualification test.

I had a good friend decide to become an officer years back. Suddenly he acted like he couldn't be friends, so I confronted him. He said he and the others were told to let go of all friends and his family of friends would be other officers. We are no longer friends. I'm an upstanding citizen and I realize they brainwash the candidates and indoctrinate them. He became uncaring and disconnected from real people. This is how we are treated by this mindset, even if we follow the laws!

Cops are evil. The job turns them into sociopaths with authority. The system is broken. We need mental health screenings. Actual training. And we need to hire people who want to do good in the world. We hire people who want to get 60 grand plus a year without a high school education. The hiring and training system is broken. This guy needs to be off the streets and out of a uniform.
