There needs to be a department in law enforcement completely dedicated to investigating cybercrimes .there needs to be more funding for cyber crimes investigation.

Law enforcement is involved in the shooting or involved in committing a crime .it should be a whole different agency that does the investigation.NOT The same ones that did the crime.
