Sen. Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) temporarily stepped down as Foreign Relations Committee chair after being indicted on bribery charges. It is the second time the senator has been indicted while in office.

Menendez should resign and be locked up. At least the Democrats does not condone this unlike the Republicans who always cry witch hunt. Democrats didn't call the indictment of the prosecution of Menendez a political persecution.
