Lack of oversight led to children working in these jobs. Come on. Employers love migrants becayse they can pay them low wages, they'll perform dangerous jobs, come to work every day and on time, don't ask for time off and because you can always threaten them with calling ICE on them. False ICE alarm, they all scatter and the employers just got free labor because they won't come back for their paycheck.
