Oakland and San Francisco is more dangerous than Venezuela. Why not fix this problem first?
So Americans dont struggle? Mexicans dont struggle? Canadians dont struggle? Chavez would be happy . There are people here in the US their whole life as immigrants trying to get legalized and cant get diddley squat. What is wrong with this country?
A country is it's people. You transplant all the people from crap countries intio a good country and expect the good country not to feel the affects of this sudden infusion of a huge number of people from crap countries?
Thanks to US blunders in foreign policy, Venezuela is a hotbed of Iranian, Russian, and Chinese subversive activities from which the Marxist Maduro regime benefits and is kept afloat. Result? This. Same as Cuba in the 70's and 80's.
I lived in Colombia for six years, and I have lived in hostels with Venezuelan migrants in San Francisco and Mexico City—and I can tell you that they tend to be ill-mannered, aggressive, poorly educated and disrespectful to a person. Their messes at the hotels in NYC are confirmation of this. Not the most desirable immigrant group.

It's really unfortunate that actual asylum seekers will get caught in the quagmire of the invasion happening in the US from economic illegal aliens from every corner of the Earth flooding our borders. Another perfect example of why the vetting process must start while they wait at the border for their turn. Enforce the existing laws & patrol our borders for the liberty of all or asylum seekers will get lost in the shuffle.. an open border protects nobody!
I'm a 70 year old American, I'm afraid 9f parts of my own government, afraid of gangs in my city streets, and on a low fixed income fund it hard month to month. Can I seek protective status, receive free housing, food, medical, and anything else these illegals or receiving. We already send aide to Venezuela, why don't the people take advantage of that in their own country. Oh that's right we send aide to what we consider an illegitimate government. The USA cannot save the world, but we can save our own, if the government thought to do so!!

No one is suspicious about why the focus is on Venezuelans? Why grant only the Venezuelans work authorizations over everyone else? The U.S has a motive.

The women they asked said it plain, they are leaving for work and money. While there is violence and gangs that was not the first thing she said, nor is it their biggest concern despite this media piece making it seem as if they’re fleeing civil unrest. The US is allowing them in to depress wages and remove US worker leverage.
