The FTC is suing Amazon alleging that the retail giant used its market power to control prices of goods across the internet. The antitrust lawsuit was filed in a Washington state federal court and is backed by the attorneys general of 17 states.

Once a company becomes a monopoly they feel they can get away with just about anything without anyone telling them they are wrong. Amazon is one of them…finding a company's products success and then imitating their product which shows up on Amazon as the best offer thereby burying that company's product and profits. Cheating and trying to pretend they didn't know is a pretty stupid move.
If it' s not a monopoly what is. We see all them aggressive commercials of them resellers who don' t even have to buy stock and just work as slaves staying up all night hoping to make a few cents per item more than the next, sellling a burtito wrap blanket. We compete with speed addicts who don' t eat, sleep, and live in cars. What a terrible " market" to see thrive and take over. It is slavery just like them door dash workers sleeping in cars waiting hours for one five dollar order. So much for minimum wages. It is mininum all right.
And Amazingzon Delivery drivers are a bunch of "UNPROFESSIONAL" Putz's"! at least USPS, FED-EX, and UPS, most of them are United Stated Veterans and Respect there job. They have enough sense to put a super light package in a persons mail box or in between there front door and screen door! Unlike Amazon drivers who are "Brainless" and "Clueless"!
They need to sue Ebay to. $80.00 for this a thousand dollars for that. Bite Me!
You should have thought about this about 10 years ago. What about Walmart?
It’s a smokescreen to take attention away from the monopolies that are much much worse like Microsoft, Apple, oil companies and middlemen, the list could go on forever. The government and FTC are in collusion with many monopolists and oligarchs to leave them alone. I’m glad they are looking at it but it does not touch the surface of the monopolistic behavior that is entrenched in the US.

Constantly changing prices on the same item. You look at it one day write the price down. Go back the next day and the price is $10.00 more. The reviews on most products also tells the tale. Products that are not as advertised, or the quality (this is a big one) is no good. "Cheap junk from China, do not buy". Amazon, a price gouging monopoly.
