Authorities in Colorado discovered the remains of Suzanne Morphew, a mother of two who went missing in 2020. In 2021, Morphew’s husband was charged in her disappearance but the case was later dropped over a lack of physical evidence. NBC News’ Ellison Barber shares the latest details.

The funeral will be an interesting spectacle. I assume it will be months before remains are released for proper burial. Will there be two services? These two families I bet are not on speaking terms.
As a family member who has been accused of murder, but subsequently being found innocent because the actually murderer was found, don't believe everything you read. They accused me of helping my brother and totally lied about everything. No apology, no nothing in part of even media to make a big deal exonerating my brother. They just moved on …
I agree, it doesn’t look good for the husband and he most likely is the one, but they have his vehicle GPS locations, if her remains were located within those GPS coordinates, I’d think he’d be back in cuffs already. Also, this video didn’t mention the male DNA found in her vehicle that didn’t match her husbands or the dude she was messing around with. If I’m remembering correctly, the DNA matched a known predator in the area?

Husband was sus when he said "We miss you" without saying "I miss you." Then he went right to pleading to kidnappers about paying a ransom. I seen this before on other cases.
