I would suspect that the greedy technology world where everybody's making their money and don't want others to have any easier course taken available. I find it interesting that they did not mention that after his 2015 arrest, he was sentenced to 30 years in prison. But Soros funded DA Marilyn Mosby thought he received too long of a sentence, so she petitioned the court as part of the new "restorative justice to commute his sentence. She should be charged as an accessory to this murder. What an absolute piece of garbage these left wing DA's are.

Whether he waited in silence or presented himself as a resident the fact is he profiled her as an unarmed, weaker, non-confrontational opportunity.
