I am not an expert on anything also. LOL. When you mine gold you don't have to pay the land. You just have to pay the operating costs to get the gold. Pay for the "source material". Writers deserve to be paid for their comedy gold "source material". We live in a world that does everything for the cheapest possible price… don't forget. Song artists already found that out. Get paid one small lump sum for a song and be done with it. Or get paid a tiny bit every time the song gets played. I like Rob.
No matter what happens, movies made by fans will dominate the filmmaking scene in a few years. Just look at all the short films from the Star Wars universe that are released weekly on YouTube. I believe this is just the beginning. If anyone tries to stop it, other movies created by fans will emerge.
The Dems wanted Biden in, now they want somebody else to be reasonable for the failure he has done:(

Big agreement. There is no AI so means nothing. No 32 hours workweek. No streaming revenue. A standard inflation pay increase. Could have reached that agreement in one afternoon.
Loser Actor
They should have got royalties
Gee thanks, I was anxious to find out what Rob Shneider thought about the strike a-hahahahahaha sure I was.
The deal details sound good but the writers still can’t come up with anything original. They are alway going after remakes and sequels that are horrible.
If anyone on the planet needs comedy writers to survive, it would indeed be Rob "Lame-O" Schneider
Why does there need to be a "specific amount" of writers on staff? Seems like a stupid thing.
I don't mind Rob Schneider, but that is the worst Seinfeld impression I've ever heard.
You know exactly what California is Los Angeles is going to break off Albion island with been breaking off 4 years leave are actors are writers everyone. Joe Biden is the Devil's Demons
Nice to hear Rob mention all the other workers that are out of work due to these strikes. I’m a film carpenter with IATSE and have been out of work for 150 days.
I feel sorry for the good guys in Hollyweird because of the bad guys that have ruined that industry. Considering Hollyweird supports Dems on a 9 to 1 margin, they should be pissed that the senile occupier fake join the UAW picketing line but not theirs that was going on much longer.
Really who cares about Hollywood all they do is turn out filth they degrade human kind preach the destruction of the family and reinforce pronouns
I don't care about Hollywood, the actors or anyone else associated with there poison …
Honestly Rob…this was inevitable. Actors chose the wrong profession
Honestly I don't know why anyone would want them back?
A million true stories worth writing about & nothing but trash coming out of Hollywood anymore ,🤮
Those who want to play with them are free to pay. Count me out & prepare for studio implosions.
Now THAT might be the only comedy theyve made in years worth watching !
And we will.
There are a lot of AI genrated and made adds on THIS platform and the bulk are obviously bad and the bulk are scams
Is anyone else looking forward to the elimination of A-List actors? The hubris of Hollywood actors, with a few notable and brave exceptions, has created division by using their metaphorical pulpit to preach naive political views which change direction more often than a flag in a tornado. Very few A-List actors can hold their own on stage next to those I would tentatively call Real Actors; they just do not have the acting chops.
Hollywood corrupt to the bone
AI should be able to create an avatar, that has no relation to a living person, that would be able to act in movies and TV shows. Also, AI could create an original voice that could be used in movies, commercials and TV shows too. Actors should be afraid of AI generated content.
Don't let them continue to write alien texts
Sounds like a tax nightmare for Netflix lol.
Can't stop A.I from taking over the industry, it's going to happen.
Get real, the Union Presidents are bought and paid for by the Industry. How stupid are people. Just follow the money and see to benefited from this decision. So predictable.
If the entire entertainment industry disappeared tomorrow the world would get by just fine but we couldn't get by without doctor's or scientists
