Recent research has been revealing black women are one of the most likely demographics to be harassed — particularly sexually harassed — in the work place (regardless of the demographics of the perpetrator) because they’re the least likely to be believed. The perpetrators know that so it makes this group ideal targets and the victims know that so they’re the least likely to report it so they don’t risk destroying their reputation
