The roof of a church collapsed in northern Mexico during a Mass on Sunday, killing at least nine people and injuring around 50, authorities said.

That's what happens when you just allow anyone without an education to build buildings. There's a reason why in America we have people go to school and learn how to design and build bridges and buildings properly and have them check old structures.
