Obviously neither Kudlow or Trump or maybe even Trump's lawyers read the Judge's ruling from last week. Trump was complaining today that he wasn't allowed a jury trial! He could have had a jury trial but his lawyers didn't ask for one. Trump has two major problems in this case. Pne, he clearly broke NY law. Two, his lawyers have no idea what to do.

Great news— By close of day, the Appeals Court struck down 80 PERCENT of Letitia James' case for EXCEEDING the Statute of Limitations. The Judge was looking at $250 MILLION in fines. The Appeals Court has GUTTED it.
