This is such a scam trial it’s ridiculous I don’t care how many hater comments there are towards Trump you people hate him because he has money and you forget that Pelosi 120 million Obama 75 million and Biden 50 million and only when they got into position of power. It was 18 million not when real estate agents keep coming out saying it’s worth over 300 million .
His criticism is never leveled equally toward himself. Trump is a fraud, but so is Biden. The hyperinflation of individual worth is overshadowing what our democracy originally intended for public servants. Please correct course now.
I’m not defending anyone but legally how can a judge ban someone from a state from doing business? That’s in direct conflict of a free market economy. Doesn’t seem to be legal.
Imagine someone who is NOT the manager initiating action to get you banned from your largest and favorite and social outlet grocery store with inside Starbucks and fifty seat open lunchroom with the best air conditioning in the desert. And being escorted out because security wants you to leave your bicycle outside where one was stolen from you before she got her job there, a few months ago.
And the look of their smiles as they are telling you you cannot come here to get food, cosmetics or pharma but must go like others to twelve different stores around town to obtain yet inferior goods and services. Worse, as you know your presence helped build it's bulwarks. It is not just you that they hate, not you at all really, it is me with you that causes their initial discomfort.

And then that new day I saw two more words in the sentence, as speech from our Father, God, …And man.

How could a loan application documentary requirements be a basis for saying these papers are being used to commit fraud .
If its a bank loan, it is standard operating procedure for the bank to check and verify the authenticity and correctness of said documents.
The bank has the sole discretion whether to deny or approve the loan application.
If there is documentary deficiency, the bank can request applicant to make necessary rectification and resubmit.
If denied and rejected, loan applicants can always request retrieval and return of documents and may try applying with other financial institutions.
