Colorado promotes an outdoor lifestyle, invests in parks and trails and boasts of 300 days of sunshine every year. Known for its young and fit population, Colorado has the nation’s lowest diabetes rate, 8.1% as of 2022.

But there are two Colorados. In one, hiking and biking trails are filled with fitness aficionados, and white-collar employers offer financial incentives for workers to stay healthy. 1. Eating healthy and exercising. Sounds like a luxury of money and time the vast majority of the country cannot afford. Fruit and veggies cost 5 times what processed foods cost. Then you have to managed all the hours of free time between the 4 jobs you got to make rent. Hmmmm.

  2. Example 50 dollars here is like 5 package of protein, 3 lbs of rice, 4 canned bean, soda and salad is like a week of food barely…..or how many combos bacon triples, whoppers, hot dogs i mean is kind of hard choose what diabetes you eat every day😮.

  3. No sugar and low carbs, the weight will drop fast.

  4. Always gotta have a thicker or heavier person in picks of diabetes 🙄

  5. This is one of my favorite channel. It always makes my week complete! 😊 Despite the economic downturn, I still manage to earn $23,000 weekly from my investment of $7,500 ..God bless expert Wilson Barkley

  6. My father died from that and it's a horrible disease.
