These Rivians are possibly the ugliest thing on the road right now. Is it a boat? A car? A truck? The ugliest combination of all 3? Who even buys one of these things?

My cousin loved his Tesla Y for the first year or so he owned it. Now he's trying to sell it. The thrill of owning an EV quickly fades.
why buy ev, since there is so much issues with it and we do not have the infrastructure, we dont have a plan except bs talks about going to ev by 2030, etc. ev needs 10+ chems to make while ce only needs less than 5 chems to make???

HELL NAW! That is the cost of a car! This further proves EVs are not for the working class.
However, complexity with repairs are not limited to EVs. I remember years ago when my car battery died and I needed a jump. I wasn’t able to use by husband’s hybrid.
A PINHOLE in many areas of a EV… and you live anywhere near an ocean or a northern area that uses salt on the roads in the winter… and it becomes a toxic fire hazard. The SAFETY of the auto significantly degrades in less than 3 years.
