  1. An industrial Food giant from the middle of the last century beginning to feel financial pain. If you read the ingredients list on the majority of their products it looks more like products NASA might have used for astronaut food in 1963. Full of all kinds of things that make the pharmaceutical companies very happy. Hopefully this is happening because the general public is beginning to learn how to eat healthy again.

  2. Then watch amazon buy the town hire nothing but the black africans crossing up from south america is bezos that radical left?

  3. Tourism? 😂 he’s never left

  4. Tyson should be made to help reeducate the employees and help them find jobs

  5. I know this chicken plant; I live not far away from it. Almost all the employees there are illegal immigrants, but that was completely missing from this news story. Americans are finding out the hard way just how dependent on illegal immigrant labor that we have become. And btw, it was always illegal to employ those illegal immigrants, and the owners and managers of that chicken plant are conservative Republicans.

  6. I know its tough for urban citizens to find chicken anywhere besides grocery stores which stock mainly Tyson and Perdue but if you live in the burbs with farmland 30 min or less away try getting your chicken eggs and produce from farms. Dont buy grocery retail if you can help it. I would love farm to table co-ops instead of buying from a grocery retailer. Cut out these middle men who price gouge!

  7. The town should buy the plant and in exchange, they should pay Tyson's a certain amount every month. The downside is that the workers in the small town may not know how to handle other sides of the business

  8. Good. Deport all the illegal workers.

  9. Laborers being unable to buy a car but needing one to get a new job is by design. The infrastructure was designed so that you wouldnt quit, but now that they quit on you, they don’t care.

  10. Funny how we’re ignoring how they got busted for literal child labor.

  11. Black hawk down, this mayor is concerned about the Somali population ?

  12. "I'm afraid the town will lose close to 100% of it's African population" Didn't expect to hear that in a small Missouri town.

  13. Move to Florida like every one else plenty work and affordable houses for you chickens

  14. ITS GREAT NEWS! Those jobs can now go to the plethora of local smaller humanized farms . Get these huge industrial inhumane grotesque greedy Corporations OUT OF OUR FARMING COMMUNITIES! Gob bless power to people power back to the Show me state farmers!!! RESPECT YOUR LOCAL FARMERS FARMS! Give thanks when these guys close down ITS A BLESSING FOR MISSOURI BECAUSE BETTER IS HERE & QUIETLY EXPANDING ! But none of you field reporters are here cultivating those stories no ONLY BIG CORP PANIC THAT SELLS fear & doomsday! TALK ABOUT HOW ITS A GOOD THING!!! MISSOURI DESERVES BETTER! We grow cash crops the Farmers are AMERICAs BACKBONE BELIEVE THAT! SO AGAIN ITS GOOD WHEN THESE CORP GREEDY ORGS ATE DISMANTLED! Power to the real people doing the real work. Plow on!!!

  15. The tendency of the rate of profit to fall .

  16. Corporate America needs to go away

  17. So the chicken factory is leaving abd they are about to lose 100% of their black population. I didnt mean to laugh..but theres a joke in what he said. A bad joke to todays standards. But a joke.

  18. the good news is eventually the government crashes and burns. nobody is safe from anything. here today gone tomorrow.

  19. Missouri is an anti-union sh* hole
