A lot of people here saying this is a win for Trump. Ummm what??? The walls going up in populated areas or areas of high border crossings. Sooo how was this a win for Trump? And for the funds? Like it was said, and this is law as Obama tried to do this same thing. The funds have to be used. Every bit of the funds has to be used on what they were designated for, these are known as GRANTS. GRANTS have to be used for that designated project, or they may never get funded again. Maybe if people actually listened, sadly many don't, you will here what was said. I live in New Mexico, and here the wall that is here is being rebuilt as it is not safe. Building a wall several thousand miles long is impossible as it would be going into areas that never sees any kind of crossing, and will even destroy natural habitats. That would mean they would also be going in the most hostile terrain that has never seen anyone.
