I can't quite get why Gaza and Hamas, but Palestinians in the West Bank have people abducted, women and children raped…by the IDF and settlers. Gaza just has travel restrictions, but because of Hamas, the Israelis don't mess with them as much. This is post cold war as the neo-con and right wing took over Israel.
