When are US politicians going to learn that sanctions DON’T work. They hurt US companies and economy more than the adversaries. They drove countries under sanction to trade with each other. Iran, Russia, N Korea and China have never been so close. Banning countries from the SWIFT and other international settlement mechanisms has led to the start of de-dollarization and is simply going to encourage more countries to join the movement.
