This is reviewed by the U.S. and then if approved, the U.S. will go out and buy the $12,000,000 of medical supplies and send them to Iran.Doesn't he realize that the medical supplies for $12,000,000 frees up $12,000,000 of Iran's existing bankroll to fund terrorism? This administration cannot be that stupid, can they? Of course Iran doesn't need the $6 billion since Biden's sanctions, which Kirby brags about are not being enforced. Iran has over $70 billion in oil sales since the Biden sanction against oil exports by Iran.
