  1. sounds like the judge had it cumin. Peoople are getting tired of their rights trampled on.

  2. Not saying I agree with his actions, but I understand. As do MILLIONS of fathers in this country, who are absolutely vilified and treated like criminals the moment they set foot in a courtroom. I've been dragged through the mud, and raked over the coals in a fierce custody battle with my ex and I can tell you a couple things for certain: 1. Fathers have NO rights in this country. They say we do, but we do NOT. If you ever find yourself, as a man, in court over custody you will discover this truth almost instantly. 2. Family courts do NOT CARE about the best interest of the child/children, it's a money making scheme to them. What is often the best fiscal interest of the child is to be with the parent who makes the most money, or the one who actually works but what often happens is custody is awarded to the parent who ISN'T working or makes the LEAST, and the other is then ordered to pay (often the maximum in that state) child support. 3. The best option for any child is CO-PARENTING, but then the courts do not make money off of successful co-parenting, so they do not encourage it. In fact they do everything possible to sink that ship before it sets sail. 4. MOST states (and the one I live in particularly) are GENDER BIASED and what we call "Mother States", because statistically speaking (and you can look this up) 9 times out of 10, custody goes to the mother automatically, even if she has: 1. No job. 2. No Drivers License. 3. A lengthy criminal record or history of substance abuse, and even if the father: 1. Has a job. 2. Has a license. 3. Has no record whatsoever. I have no criminal record whatsoever, but every judge I've ever stood before (for custody) has been rude, crass, and disrespectful, so once again I don't condone his actions, but I understand. Obviously he held the judge in "contempt" for some rude personal marks he no doubt made while surrounded by bailiffs. THIS one particular guy might have had a criminal record, and indeed been a criminal, but there are MILLIONS of us fathers in this country treated like dirt by the courts every day and we share his rage. Let this be a lesson to those in power; Judge not, least you be judged.

  3. Judges need to know they're not gods. Many behave that way.

  4. The shooter didn't even show up for his own hearing, and had more than one restraining order against him. Murdering another child's father didn't solve anything. It seems to have proven the judge made the correct call.

  5. Family Court judges are worthless human being family court is a joke it's a kangaroo court

  6. Lol judges need to learn they are not bullet proof

  7. Everyone should know where judges and police live. They would all make better decisions if the public knew.

  8. Nope, there is absolutely no reason a judge should make that ruling. Its just sad that this is the only way to get bad judges out. Judges are making people do these acts with their ridiculous immunity and ridiculous sentances for the men in these cases. Make judges have accountability and this will stop happening

  9. First, children have a right to both parents. I can’t believe in 2023 children are still having to suffer the devastating loss of a living parent.
Second it’s very common (almost guaranteed) that the woman will make some sort of claim to get the upper hand in custody cases because it’s almost always encouraged by lawyers. Once when I got frustrated with my husband and I made an inquiry I had several consultations with lawyers and couldn’t find a single one that didn’t recommend that I make a claim against my husband so that I could get child support and custody.
Last, 50/50 custody should be the standard but that arrangement makes the least amount of money for the system.
There are too many cases where no evidence was presented, no restraining order, no police complaint, no investigation of claims have been done to prove domestic violence. But the judge believes it anyway.
I’m not blaming the victim but I am saying that if we change the standard, and force parents into automatic 50/50 arrangements then increase or decrease from there based on the parents actions, judges will face less threats to their lives. Sadly multiple children are without a father tonight. I condemn what the father did, violence is never the answer but I also understand as a mother how I might feel if I lost my children. It’s s heartbreaking situation all around.

  10. Remember when they told us not to worry about our kids being brainwashed because CRT is only taught in law school?
We should worry about activist judges who deliberately break up families according to Marxist doctrine.

  11. Looks like the judge placed the child with the right parent.

  12. Judges know their homes is one of the deadiest place. The

  13. People finally waking up to the system and taking out it's judges!!!. Who is to blame ~ Democrats – who specifically stated that no Supreme Court Judge or Republicans should feel safe and to get up on them to let them know how the people feel. Totally clown world.

  14. I spent 5k$ to get 50/50 custody and my ex was allowed to take my kids out of state without my knowledge and was told nothing can be done even tho my daughter is considered a resident of my state. I wanna be outraged at this fool killing some weird judge but I’m not. shrug

  15. These JUDGES are DEMONIC DEMONS THAT DESTROY FAMILIES

  16. Welcome to lawlessness, you get what you ask for, lawlessness 👍.

  17. Another man should not deny another man's right to see his children. That wont feel right.

  18. Judge’s life is tough.., judging others all your life doesn’t create a good karma probably…

  19. The US truly is "…for the land of the free, and the home of the dead."

Gotta get rid of the guns!

  20. that is the risk of putting yourself out there. not everyone is sane. sometimes when you rule in a case you have to watch over your shoulder your entire life. not saying its right, but its a fact of life. just like the weather.

  21. These judges better be careful and be upright

  22. Honestly don’t care anymore
