Arkansas schools rank 45th among the 50 states, with average level of education ranking 43rd. I can imagine what kind of choices Arkansas parents will make. They'll perpetuate their ignorance.

If schools taught the necessary curriculums to succeed and if there was no grooming of children by teachers and pornographic social ideologies and the requirement of civics,military history and the Constitution were required for all seniors to graduate then school choice would be a great idea of personal choice.
No separation of Church and State. Arkansas is one of the poorest states in the union. School Choice means segregated schools, again.
Public funds are for public schools.
