Four Pepperdine University students were killed after they were struck by a vehicle on the Pacific Coast highway in Malibu. The Los Angeles County District Attorney has charged the driver with murder, saying he was speeding at the time of the crash. NBC News’ Liz Kreutz shares the latest.
