DJ Envy missed worded his role with Pena he should've said his an investor not a partner because he did not start or buy a part of Penas business to make them partners. But i feel he should be fined or take some accountability of using his celebrity status and platform to bring more victims to Pena. Always wondered about the promised return. It sounded ridiculous at the time I heard Envy promote the project and the ROI in such a short term. Now I know why. Envy should be held accountable for not doing his due diligence, Negligence and should return all earnings as a result of the partnership with Ceaser.
