Sad the journalist keeps interrupting the family member's story. So insensitive and unnecessary. He had a story of his own to tell, but the journalist kept cutting him off. Zimmerman was in the middle of describing the girls and their injuries, and was about to say more, when he gets asked about hostages in general.
