  1. Why weren’t these people complaining when they bought the home? Oh, it’s because they were happy to find out they didn’t have to pay their agents commissions. But now when it’s your turn to pay, you don’t want to play? Typical hypocrisy. Change the rules only when they aren’t in your favor. Come on people.

  2. The buyer's agent fee is a referral fee for someone to bring you a buyer. It is a negotiable marketing structure. This happens in many lines of business. In fact, I get emails all the time offering me some type of reward for referring others for all sorts of services. You want a referral amount that doesn't cost you too much but also incentivizes others to bring you clients.

  3. There is so many errors in this segment. Lol news from people who can’t get names, numbers and facts right.
