I reviewed New York Civil Fraud business trial against Trump in New York. First a civil trial is never filed for business fraud unless first the criminal business fraud trial happens. Because trump paid all his loans back to banks no one was harmed so they could not file business fraud case even though trump lied on bank forms about the worth and square footage of his properties in New York. But Laticia said he still lied so even though no criminal fraud business-case, she still filed a civil fraud business case. So in this trial in New York because trunp paid back the loans to German and usa banks with good interest while he was president— he should not be tried. So this New York trial is 100% political. Even if you lie to bank but pay off in full it is rare for bank or state to sue you for lying.
