When I found the Dramamine motion sickness tablets that control dizziness nausea vomiting and diarrhea I didn't buy every box they had but when I bought what I bought I bought enough for myself I bought enough for the other nurses I bought enough for the other patients and then I bought a box for the cashiers and the managers at the store and a box for the cashiers family I had to go somewhere else to find the children's Dramamine I drove to Nashville and to Hopkinsville I didn't steal medicine out of my patients cart I added medicine to their Cart and Called a prescribing Physician before I did I didn't hold anybody up I didn't try to commit murder like judge Grimes and attorney Massey did
After I did that I ate took a shower I went back to work and when I went back to work I had on Blue jeans a scrub top a scrub jacket and my stethoscope and my hair was pulled back wrapped a bobby pins in a United States armed forces military defense department Pentagon United States Army regulation hairstyle
When I went and found children's Dramamine chewable tablets for my children and wrap it in a piece of bread so that my son could chew the tablets
I have worked in convenience grocery market gas stations and have a license to purchase and sell the medications that are sold in convenience market grocery store gas stations that went along with my chemistry license and my Tennessee State certified nurse aid license my OSHA and hazmat license my Red Cross CPR certification license and American heart association certification I also have a medication pass certification license to administer medication and my chemistry license gives me a license to formula medication but what none of those licenses ever do is give me the right to take a patient's prescribed medication and dispense the patience prescribed medication to another person
When I became infected and got sick I had to take over the counter Dramamine to help control the vomiting and diarrhea and Tylenol and I actually found it at a convenience market and purchase enough for myself the other nurses and enough for the patients that didn't have a prescription either the prescription medication shipment didn't come in until Wednesday
The attorney Massey and the circuit court judge Raymond Grimes hadn't been admitted to a care facility but called the Care facility that I worked at as a Tennessee state license certified nurse aide after questioning Mr Patrick Lorenzo Hawkins as to where I was working and insisted on me committing conspiracy to commit murder and then murder and I refuse to commit conspiracy to commit murder and murder when they kept insisting I give circuit court judge Raymond Grimes and attorney Massey medicine that didn't belong to them the medicine was prescribed to patients that were patients in a Care facility the circuit court judge Raymond Grimes or attorney Massey hadn't been admitted to any emergency care facility or any Care Facility
The same circuit court judge judge Raymond Grimes then attempted to murder me in an indictment I wasn't indicted and then they stolen indictment and tried to murder me with that indictment judge Raymond Grimes in an attorney that calls him or herself Miss Massey
And after that argument he and his family then thought it alright to claim me as a drug addict and force me to a drug rehabilitation and take my medications away from me and surgical procedure and attempt to murder me because I refuse to murder my patience to give him and his family the medication that had already been prescribed for the patients in the facility I have also supposedly been arrested several times I was also g******* after that and supposedly admitted to a psychiatric unit I refusal to give the judge and his family the patients already prescribed medication I refused to conspire to murder my patience the circuit Court judges name was judge Raymond Grimes
That so called circuit court judge committed a crime and attempted to commit murder and attempted to force doctors and nurses to conspire to commit murder all of us refused
It's the one time as a licensed certified nurse aide that I explained to a judge that I am a her majesty
The circuit court judge tried to murder our patience by trying to force us to give him and his family the medication that our patients had prescribed for the patient
We had a circuit court judge that called our facility and tried to steal our patients medicine tried to force us to give him and his family medicine that we had at our facility for him and his family the doctors and nurses didn't have any medicine and he was trying to force us to give him and his family the medicine that we had prescribed for our patients we didn't have any extra medicine and the same thing the pharmacist told him was something we already knew there wouldn't be another shipment of medicine until Wednesday and that meant for the facilities and for the pharmacy no circuit court judge and your family you can't have our patients already prescribed medication because I also had some patients that didn't have any prescribed medication and we had to go looking for over the counter medications to keep them alive and ro keep ourselves alive
You take a shower in your scrubs use soap on your scrubs and take them off in the shower then wash your self in your under garments wash all the way to your socks take them off and wash your hair first then your face and neck shoulders arms legs and then axillary areas dry yourself with 3 towels wrap your hair wrap your body and start drying face neck throat sholders arns legs axillary dry your feet
And the scrubs that I had on we were washing them in the patients laundry facility and wearing a gown every two days so we can wash our underwear and our bra and our socks and when I got home I mean everybody go downstairs so that I could eat something so I didn't die when I got in the shower take the scrubs that I had on off place them in a separate trash bag and dispose of the scrubs that I had on for 1870 and my undergarments and when I packed my bag to go back I didn't just pack all of my scrubs and scrub jackets I packed blue jeans and t-shirts extra socks extra extra broth because sometimes I need to change my scrubs 3 and 4 times because I worked 24-hour shifts
After 187 hours of round the clock work I received 8 hours of home time to eat shower sleep and change clothes when I went back to work that time I packed my backpack with clean scrubs and other clothing personal toiletries personal medicine lunch and snacks and went back to work for another 98 hours
Answer patients questions as to why it is the same three nurses everytime
Patient and I'm going to explain something every patient does it need or have the exact same care and I am skilled which means I do things that other licensed certified nurse aides don't like care for catheters colostomy prosthetic limbs hand over hand feeding Nasal gastric tubes gastric tubes tube feeding passing medication three nasal gastric tube or gastric tube Iv flushing showering bed bath toileting ambulating parents from side to side from side to back from laying to seated position from seated to standing from bed to lift pad lift to chair or wheelchair ambulating in wheelchair to areas outside of the patient room and care bed area to the dinning hall to the entertainment room changing bed linens washing and drying gowns clothing bed linens folding and stocking cart dispensing medication passing tray's passing ice passing and feeding snacks dreesin and undressing parents ambulating from wheelchair to bed ambulating from seate to laying position and more taking vital signs temperature pules reparations blood pressure skin cognitive Charting vital signs intake output skin cognition
There were only three nurses and you know what we were terrified of that the food service workers weren't going to show up for work and we were going to need to go into the kitchen and make trays for the patients and one day we only had two food service workers in our kitchen
In the lowest paying job that I previous to being injured as a licensed certified nurse aide my weekly paycheck for forty hours what's 689 dollars for one week with no overtime at the highest rate for one week 984 dollars a week with no overtime when I work an overtime week i work at the rate of time and a half until I reach 80 hours and then the time is to be paid at tripel time last pandemic previos to this pandemic I worked in one week 187 hours with no home time I had to work around the clock 24 hour shifts I couldnt go home I almost died myself and two other nurse's had no relife and only went to sleep for 1 or 2 hours so each of us could nake rounds all three of us also becane infected and had to work sick to Care for patients
I also worked while I was attending a university in manufacturing in telecommunications in retail and restaurant
