Tennessee college student’s parents speak out after daughter hit and killed by stray bullet



EXCLUSIVE: Authorities in Nashville, Tennessee, are considering possible new charges against the 29-year-old man police say fired a bullet that hit and killed a freshman at Belmont University in a public park.

The stray bullet hit college student Jillian Ludwig in the head and sent her to the hospital on Wednesday in critical condition. She died just a day later after fighting for her life.

    Shame on the system that allows people who were coherent enough to get a firearm, attempt to aim at a car only to miss and kill their daughter. Only to not be competent enough to be prosecuted.
