#California #Tree #JurupaOak
source
Here we go, my native state of CA is going to tear ANOTHER ancient tree for industrialization. I remember when i was in 5th grade and an ancient tree was chopped down because the city didnt want to build a roundabout around it, i remember native Americans danced to the tree, but it was still uprooted and killed. I guess developers dont care or think ahead about the wildfires that continue to break out in CA. Some insurances are not covering fire as a natural disaster cause. Industrialization continues to be a threat to nature, people and the future of mother Earth, since back in 1492 when European colonizers forced their ways onto indigenous American People. When is it oping to be enough, never i suppose.
Give it a month, a fire is going to mysteriously break out in the area or the developer will push to blight the entire community so they can aquire the land for pennies on the dollar.
Do you know that in any other country the Jurupa Oak would not get a red star? To Native American Indians and some white ppl, it comes naturally to think about and have respect for the land, but to others it's a big joke. It's amazing how no matter what, even as "America" is being swallowed, the American spirit just keeps going, even if now down to a little flickering candle. Americans, every day educate yourselves on the ways to save your country. DO NOT ever stop caring or fighting for what is RIGHT. hint Trump or Vivek
Just rais their taxes, the democat voters will love itπππππ
Dear God, STOP THEM FROM DESTROYING YOUR CREATION. That tree has more medicinal gifts than humankind has yet to know. PLEASE STOP THE DISTRUCTION OF NATURE, AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE JUNGLES! IN JESUS NAME, AMΓN
As much as I hate to say it, I believe wholeheartedly that as it stands now we are parasitic to our planet.
All we do is take, take, take. Consume without future plans of sustainability.
We complain about wild animals running through our suburbs and rummaging through trash and causing havoc. When in fact these suburbs used to be the land from which these animals hunted and lived on for hundreds if not thousands of years!
Not enough distance from development. Policies would allow for it to be cut down for a fire buffer around commercial space during fire season. Homeless and traffic in the area would threaten the preservation effort.
Lies lies lies lies
Crazy talk
Care more about this tree because itβs old, however you crap on AMERICAN SENIORS AND VETERANS?!
So β¦β¦.. shaddap
Dont reveal the location because some hillbilly will cut it down…..look what happened in the UK
These trees must be preserved. Development must start considering the environment and natural resources more and rules and regulations must protect our natural world.
May the fae who guard this tree curse whoever cuts it down
Developer will for sure destroy the tree and then its gone.
it must NOT be disturbed
Another mindnumbing development. Just looking at the map it's a no-brainer that tree needs much more room than what they are presently planning. Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you got till it's gone –
I thought population was declining, so why is there continuous development? People need to quit reproducing so much. We are choking the planet to death just like a virus killing its host.
Stop the development
I have seen a picture of a tree a long time ago that was believed to have survived Noah s flood. It may have been these. Amazing.
Stop developing. Respect your elders.
