The suspect in a 2021 Colorado supermarket shooting pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity. Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa is charged with 10 counts of murder and 15 counts of attempted murder and other offenses.

INSANITY???? REALLY!
A trial involving one hundred and eleven charges and a bail set at one hundred million dollars is the best example of insanity. The suspect is the victim. America did this. America murdered the supermarket’s customers.
This insanity plea needs to just be taken out of our legal system. It's something that was cooked up when we were still using muskets as guns and people weren't doing mass shootings. Times have changed. People are more evil than insane. There's a clear difference. The insanity plea is more to get out of accountability than what it was originally intended for to protect people.
