  1. McCarthy 2.0, republicans are a joke…..haha

  2. Biden has bankrupt America

  3. FYI: The debt ceiling is a limit, set by Congress, on the amount of borrowing the Treasury can do, currently $31.4 trillion. The Treasury hit that ceiling in January 2023 and has been taking what are known as “extraordinary measures” to keep paying the bills. But it will run out of maneuvering room sometime in the next several months, perhaps earlier, unless Congress acts. Because tax revenues aren’t sufficient to cover all federal spending, the federal government borrows a lot—an average of more than $7 billion per business day. Raising the debt ceiling doesn’t increase federal spending beyond what already has been approved by Congress; it simply allows the government to pay for purchases and obligations it already has made.

  4. Shouldn't the politicians be spending their time on how to make America a better place than to waste their time to debate and fight over rounds of shutdowns? Surely there is some serious systemic issues in the US government?

  5. Just sign the bill we don’t want to be in debt cause of democrats

  6. Looks and sounds like there is another part of the swamp has been given the job as House Speaker.
Another money grabber in power. Another under cover Democrat.

  7. The Biden administration and the U.S. Congress directed more than 290 billion in assistance to Ukraine, which includes humanitarian, financial, and military in "2022"

His Total Funding to Iran Now Comes to $80 Billion Since He Entered Office

  8. Thats his job💯🇦🇺👍

  9. Our government is already too far gone in financial debt. When will it go bankrupt? Bunch of fools.

  10. Johnson might as well be speaking about Scientology, instead of Speaker of the House. 😎 I miss Nancy.

  11. Banana-Republic and a dangerous one that is

  12. Maybe you should send more money to Ukraine that’ll fix it.

  13. What a surprise!😂 I can't believe he could actually have thougt the GOP would actually want to do their jobs.

  14. What is wrong with the gop these day? I HAVE MANY IDEAS.

  15. Lets fund everything the Republicans want, and then we will negotiate for what you want. suckered again 😂😂

  16. Nation on a brink!! Come on we send lots of funds to netanyah, Hallelujah, Americans they don’t need the funds

  17. Hey give credit where credit is due. Atleast Speaker Johnson is trying something to find a middle ground.

  18. Should be titled “ new speaker sides with democrats and refuses to be fiscally responsible “

  19. To imagine how the amazing cafeteria worker at the Venerable Library of Congress can be under so much stress yet Congress supports GeorgeSantos

  20. If it doesn’t include lowering the debt, then what’s the point?

  21. I'm not even 30 yet and I have probably seen a dozen or more shutdown risks like this. I am most pissed off by them being so financially irresponsible

  22. I feel bad for these federal employees! They have families and bills that must be Paid the same as the rest of us.

  23. Crime is really goin to spike if they shut down!! This is ridiculous!!! We are a f”king clown show!!

  24. Food for Thought!! Well, I agree, it's about how to spend our money, and if you're, referring to me, being ignorant! What right, do you have to call me ignorant; you do not know me for one! and the other! I'm not running this country and apparently, you're not either! So
Who is ignorant? The one that just sits on his Ass, does nothing, and does not fight for this country! one who does not ask questions or bring up concerns for our country, and our future for this country. We are not getting answers, just smoke screens from those running this country. Look at the top, running this country, look at the colleges, look what's happening in our country, I am a vet. Marine! My only daughter is in boot camp, as we speak! Marine! and I don't have the right to express my concerns. You say ignorant, you might want to look in the mirror and ask that question!! Food for Thought!!

  25. I agree on a government shutdown, in the past pelosi gave huge amounts to the Kennedy center in which we the people have to pay for it. What else are we paying for that are pet projects, stop it.

  26. The USA is 💙💙💙 and the GOP is in the way.

  27. There is something about Mike Johnson that doesn't seem right! What is he hiding?
Johnson makes $174,000 dollars a year but doesn't seem to have any money! Where is it going?
🤔According to AP in Oct 2023 Johnson " … was the Dean of a small Baptist law school that didn't exist."🤨 That has to be some sort of scam and it sounds like a scam that Trump would try and pull! Or does Johnson want to be another Jim Jones?

    my opinion 🦂

  28. This is a sham. Johnson wants a shutdown and his buddies are in on it. This is their plan. Pretend to do something, but do nothing and gravely shake their heads. Thoughts and prayers, America.

  29. I think some extr Maga would love to shut the government for good to help the orange leader to bring chaos if they could , can they???

  30. I can hear the raven croak and caw.
The Fall of the House of Trumper
    NEVERMORE

  31. It’s real simple America has spent its self into a DEEP hole ! Spending cuts are WAY past due to. Figure out how to REDUCE the deficit , NOT how to continue to INCREASE it…..

  32. Maybe it’s time to redefine RINO as Republicans Ignorantly Necessitating Opposition? Okay, okay, not the best acronym, but something’s gotta go!

  33. Ultimately the Republicans will have zero choice but to accept the Senate bill.

Just like the last thousand times.

  34. This guy was a "NO" from the start. GOP what were you thinking??
