Why Indians are in tension after Australia own the semi final match against in SA? Whether Indians are not having competent spirit? I support Australia. The fact is the team who played well has won the match. Let's compete against each other in each and every aspects. SA did not play well as compared to Australia. That's why SA lost the match. The captaincy of SA is inexperienced and horrible. Players fielding is horrible. Bowling also horrible for SA team. Australia performed well. If Indian team is having mental strength then the team will face to Australia without fear. Competition should be as per performance basis. I support talent but I do not support emotion.
Australia were outstanding in bowling and spot on in fielding – best fielding today among all matches played in this world cup. No boundaries from first ball to 52 balls, is itself world record and unbelievable against formidable South Africa batting. South Africa were outperformed completely by Australia.
On Bavuma’s captaincy, he deserves this.. & South Africa administration too deserve this.. Bavuma doesn’t deserve a place in any of the sides that made it to this World Cup.. but what he showed is how mediocrity even in small percentages can bring down a team of heavyweights & A graders.. he was amazingly lucky that Coetzee was so motivated to win it for his country and got those wkts despite Bavuma.. there was no approach to getting batsmen out.. he just went with a prayer.. don’t want to repeat what Ponting said on air & Moody here – what was the field when any spinner bowled.. don’t blame Maharaj, Shamsi or Markram when Bavuma feels giving 6 singles over 12 balls where Aus don’t take any risk is the way to get wickets instead of Aus having to hit a 6 to get those..

It had more a test match feel. The only thing missing was the Aussies getting fieldsmen under their nose and 4 slips and a gully. Sounds weird but maybe Cummins could have tried it during those early overs when they had SA 4 down. Just for 1or2 overs from Starc or Hazlewood…turn the screws, dig a few balls in, and risk a cpl of boundaries to get them 5 down, which would have proven fatal exposing Jansen.
