Watch: “March for Israel” rally held at National Mall, Washington D.C.

Tens of thousands of Israel supporters are expected to rally on the National Mall on Tuesday to show support for the military campaign against Hamas, demand the immediate release of hostages held in Gaza and condemn an increase in antisemitic incidents across the nation and around the world.

The organizers, the Jewish Federations of North America and the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, describe the effort as “an opportunity for all Americans to come together in solidarity with the people of Israel to demonstrate our commitment to America’s most important ally” in the region.

The Anti-Defamation League reported an immediate and alarming spike in antisemitic incidents across the U.S. in just the first two weeks of the Israel-Hamas war, which was triggered when Hamas militants slammed across the border Oct. 7 into Israel on a violent rampage. Preliminary data showed incidents of harassment, vandalism and assault increased by 400% during the period − Oct. 7-Oct. 23 − from the same period a year ago. Of the 312 incidents reported, 190 were “directly linked” to the war in Israel and Gaza, the group said.

  10. It's great to see that not all people will side with Palestine, because the majority of the people who are in those protests, shouting "free Palestine" don't even know the bare minimum about the history. They are all just following the crowd, the media which programmed sheep (the ignorants). It's a trend for most of them, same thing with BLM and the Russia-Ukraine war.

For instance, were black people the only race to be discriminated against? Nope, not at all, there is people from Indian, Chinese, mexican, being prejudiced towards. That person that died, I think his name was George Floyd apparently he was under the influence of drugs and had a history with prison, he was a criminal, yet people made him out to be an angel, but whose to say the cop did that out of racism? That's just pure police brutality in my opinion, I've seen this done on a white man by a white police officer too.

The war of Russia and Ukraine, now maybe you see the true colours of zelensky, when the war began, people were putting flags on their houses, the Ukrainian flag and after this trend was over for them, they put the Ukrainian flags down.

If someone wants to help Palestine, I think the best way to do it would be, to go to Palestine and fight for them, but standing around protesting in foreign countries and saying "free free Palestine" isn't helping anyone, neither would the suffering palestinians acknowledge this type of, what you call this help? Support? Standing around chanting? Your a joke of a people. I doubt they have internet for them to see people in different countries do these protests, lol, what a joke.

Also just to point out, instead of being biased, I advise people to do their own research you all have a brain, but please do not follow the crowd ignorantly, not to say, "oh this news is a lie" and "this is not" I'm sorry, that sounds one sided, I can say the same thing for the other side too.
