I like how Xi can befriend a leader like Putin, and the same time despite getting snubbed by Biden numerous times, still try to better the relationship. A leader who have a clear sight of what the end game goal is.
Biden wants to beg Xi not to invade Taiwan because the U.S. can’t defend Taiwan. US can’t fight 3 wars.

If I were Xi, i would say: trust is built on sincere collaboration. We are trying to restart such collaboration. This collaboration will benefit the world. i believe this is what we want.
China is a great peaceful nation. The USA is a world super power. The USA should not fancy they will force China to follow their rule. If the USA can collaborate with China, it will benefit the world.
