Who in their right minds will take Zampa when you can have Rashid Khan instead. Zampa was absolutely clobbered by India and SA, he took lot of wickets against weak oppositions later, but that's mainly because their seamers were incompetent to take wickets in the powerplay upfront. His economy is terrible.
