They also charge $400 down when you buy a car and $200 per month just to own an electric vehicle so there is now savings it just a scam. I ha e the perfect plan to prevent pollution from anything that pollutes about 13 years ago but I just didn't have the $12,000 for a patent. My plan could have prevented pollution from any possible thing that pollutes.. from cars to factories to homes and everything and oli paid for the prototype to be made and everything. I just didn't have the money for the patent.
