  1. Hm…bad prediction by an old man

  2. An incorrect analysis- more people want their privacy instead of communal tables at work!

  3. Bull crap. New York ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

  4. I feel like the more I learn about our countryโ€™s low income, the more my anger grows."Anyone who is not lnvesting now is missing a tremendous opportunity." Imagine I lnvested $2,500 and got $11,900 in 5 days With the lady you recommended here sometime ago. Ms Shane Rico inc. is the best.๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

  5. If the price is right people will return. Our company had to return a street level commercial space as covid ended. The owners wanted to escalate rent dramatically for a five-year lease. No thanks.

  6. Bruce Mosler is full of ๐Ÿ’ฉ!!

  7. This guy is part of the problem.

  8. Could the discrepancy between the restauranteur and the real estate guy be that, while people are coming into the office, inflation and high prices are forcing them to pass going out to eat?

  9. Thanks buddy for keeping us financially Educated. I'm happy I've been earning $57,000 returns every 9 days from my $5k investment ๐Ÿ˜Š

  10. MEANWHILE MAYOR ADAMS IS CUTTING BACK ON FUNDING THE POLICE, EMT'S, FIREFIGHTERS, AND OTHER CIVIL SERVICE JOBS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN CUT FOR THE SAKE OF HOUSING THE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS IN NYC. NYC IS IN A SERIOUS DECLINE AND IT'S NOT COMING BACK. PEOPLE ARE MOVING TO WARMER RED STATES. HOPEFULLY THEY QUIT VOTING BLUE. GOD BLESS AMERICA!!๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

  11. I'm favoured $130k every 4 weeks! I now have a good house and can afford anything and also support my family

  12. Well, It is hard to nail down specific predictions for the housing market because it's not yet clear how quickly or how much the Federal Reserve can bring down inflation and borrowing costs without tanking buyer demand for everything from homes to cars

  13. Taxes and crime are pushing people out of New York. New York shot itself in the foot with the refusal to prosecute looting, property crime, muggings, and the hostile governor who is anti- business

  14. As a retired engineer young people have been showing up thinking they know more than everyone else for quite a few years.

  15. trump tower with boarded up stores and half the apartments empty is worth what again?

  16. This gut is desperate to spin. His business model has failed.

  17. Total B.S . What people want is less work and a lot more Money .

  18. ____________________s8w________________________

  19. New York is changed forever and will be more of a London, terrorist central, cosmopolitan, international soup of yuk; NYC will remain a criminal haven and craphole for some time to come

  20. What happen to when u work a 40 u get paid for 40 ? Guess ppl donโ€™t like money

  21. taking advice about the need for office space from a man who's lively hood depends on renting said office space is like a dentist telling you that brushing your teeth is a bad habit.. something just might be in it for him

  22. NYC dug its own grave by allowing crime since 2020 to appease the smallest and loudest part of their population. That said, 500K people moved out permanently – nixing billions of $ in taxes the city and state would otherwise have. Even better is the fact NY lost a congressional seat and a red state picked it up and that folks is voting with your feet as a lesson.

  23. This GUY ISCSOO DUMB LOL!! NO ONE IS GOING BACK TO OFFICES LMMFAO

  24. THE CESSPIT CAPITAL OF THE WORLD; ERIC ADAMS; A MAN WITH A 3RD GRADE EDUCATION IS THE MAYOR!!!

  25. Just another liberal New Yorker.

  26. Two movies done many years ago "Escape From NY" and "Escape from LA" is what these two cities will look like one day under Demoncrat rule

  27. Propaganda and wishful thinking wonโ€™t turn around the CRE market.

  28. This guy is 100% wrong. I was looking at 10,000 sq ft office space and now I want half due to costs and I donโ€™t want to lease. I want to own it otherwise have someone else pay for it.
