A crane on top of a high-rise building in Davao City, Philippines collapsed after a 6.7 magnitude earthquake struck the southern region of the country. Oh that's horrific what I'm watching I turned the volume all the way down. The picture speak of a words. Obviously whoever built this structure it's not up code. Faulty construction anyone would have been in that building especially on the top floor this building will have to be torn down completely. They need to have a government Philippine Federal authorities need to look into that faulty construction. Very strong earthquake OMG. It's important not to panic screaming and running. Be prepared and stay safe help others who were injured whatever you do stay calm there will be aftershocks. They should declare that building red tagged and start all over new construction tear all down. And whatever you do get a new Foreman new construction company and start all over from scratch even the New foundation will have to be redone. It might even be not rebuilding that at that location.. whoever built that building didn't do up to code.
Screaming is not going to stop it.
