Nice try to the journalist but he looks his age, he is just more fit than most. His face looks like he may have had work done, he’d probably look older if it weren’t for any possible surgery. Many natural Blondes tend to age faster than their counterparts. Anyway, there are many 50 year olds who look younger than what they are, this man isn’t one of them, and I’m tired of journalists trying to convince us that he does, no ma’am get your eyes checked, he looks his age only unnaturally pasty. At work there’s a cleaning lady from Colombia, she happens to be white skinned as in fair, with medium brown hair. I thought she was in her mid 40s, but when she told me she was 68, I was bitch STFU what’s your secret? She doesn’t have the wrinkles someone close to 70 should have, and she clearly can’t afford the things this guy does.

Even if his routine works, it is not sustainable. You mentally, emotionally, physically born out.
Taking that many supplements can have huge negative side effects on you heart, your kidneys, and your liver. You will build-up toxicity.
Why not focus on relaxing and enjoying life. Go to an isolated area and build a life. The stress of living in modern society is extremely stress, and ages everyone. Stay away from toxic people, and toxic family members. Get out of rush hour traffic. The 60’s saying… tune in. Turn on and drop out.
To digitize consciousness sooner a strategy could be to ensure a basic standard of living for everyone, while planning future development to be in harmony with the Earth and with each other.
