It isn't a first amendment rights issue! Since he got charged as indicted he is under restrain of defendant status, WHAT isn't a "freedom" but under scrutiny of the law what he allegedly violated. If violated laws, you are not "free" any aspects of your conduct until prosume innocent and JUST AFTER applicable the first amendment on a proven before the court he is restored his freedoms and liberties within any "lawbinding citizen" have. The "running for president" issue CANNOT effect the legal proceedings in any matter to seek justice for the people of the United States of America.
If just getting 1 man to stop threatening the court, witnesses, the press, and literally any American are this much of problem to stop, then we have much more fundamental issues in this country and 'letting the system take care of it' means we've got a broken system.
