That dog was insane, probably the dog's owner is insane, certainly, for letting that dog run loose. Frightening how the dog kept lunging at their door! The little boy's mama did so well in protecting her child.
The dog was just trying to play. Pitbulls are the sweetest dogs. Bad owners are usually to blame.
Out in our area, these dogs are Routinely cut loose by their owners to go find a new home, as they are expensive to feed. The Pitbulls and their counterparts the Rotties go for anything or anyone that is smaller than them. It is instinct. and they are used to fight around here. Thank God that woman was able to intercede, or she could have been very sorry. Carry on.

The dog was wagging it's tail as if it found a new chew toy. I wonder if it was taught to attack by it's owners. This is why you should never train a attack dog at home. Attack dogs should be trained by professionals and always learn the stay command before learning to attack only when hearing the attack command.
This is why I have hard time walking my dog. It happened to me.
If i go walking i hear a leaf on the ground to me it sounds like dog nails and i panic.
