Ok, there is a story about hostages. Ceasefire. Whatever you want to call it. But the bottom line is that Palestinians have not, and are incapable of, contributing anything to the advancement of humanity. They have been given billions of dollars over decades. Where are the advancements? Patents? Art? Engineering? Literature? Cuisine? Dance? Anything? Palestine ranks about 120 out of 193 countries in average IQ. There is the problem. No amount of prisoner swaps is going to change the fact that the Palestinians are incapable of taking care of themselves or advancing anything good for the rest of the world. We just need to figure out where to place them, what it will cost to support them, and then try to anticipate their children trying to kill Jews.
Please don’t forget to also give back Palestinian prisoners children and civilians to their families
Reading these comments, it's almost like people think life or war is (fair). Americans cry about our education system, but I think most of us learned this lesson by 3rd grade.

Worth noting that the hostages that are released will be thoroughly coached to say nice things about the butchers of Hamas, as if they do not, their husbands will be tortured and their sisters/mothers/friends will be turned over to Mohammed and his nine pals for fun. Undoubtedly the leftwing media will be saying how wonderfully they were treated, but understandably, the focus of the released hostages will be on those who were left behind. Don't believe what you hear from them.

The illegal actions of the clearly fanatical "Settlers" made it increasingly necessary to concentrate more and more IDF forces in and near the West Bank thus effectively diminishing the number of forces available to protect the South on 7 October.
It is impossible to escape the painful yet truthful fact that much if not all the blame for the Oct 7 tragedy can and should be laid at the door of the Prime Minister's Office.
Although he may live in a world of self denial, the majority of the world now sees him for what he is, an abject political failure in the pocket of the extreme Far Right, desperately trying to cling to Power, regardless of the cost.
Netanyahu has copious amounts of blood on his hands that can never be washed away with the passage of time, even as more and more Israeli soldiers continue to die in Gaza as a result of what transpired on Oct 7.
PM Netanyahu had a fiduciary responsibility to guarantee to the people of Israel that “Never Again” meant “Never Again”. In that regard he has failed miserably.

How is the release of hostages going to change the dynamics that created and perpetrate the war? There has to be a dispute or conflict between the warring parties, and unless you address that disagreement you cannot end the war. Both have to be willing and both have to be treated as equals, anything less will not resolve the dispute. The problem thus far for over a century has been outside interference, that must Stop before the parties in the dispute can even begin to resolve their dispute.
Both sides must be disarmed. If that is our intention, then I’m all for it, but I don’t think it is in the United States interest to choose sides and arm that sides to dominate and oppress the other. There are no winners of war! And wars do not end just because one has dominated and oppressed the other.
