It’s crazy that when Israel takes Palestinian women and children and lock them up they say they’re jailed or incarcerated. Never hear them say they are caged and refer to them as hostages. Maybe Palestinians need to change their wording like Israel does or perhaps Israel could free all their hostages they currently have in cages , give back the land they’ve stolen and quit their genocide campaign.

In a statement made by National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir warned that a ceasefire will end in a disaster. He is correct, making any type of deal with Hamas is extremely dangerous. Moreover, it is not a good military strategy at all. The IDF should know that any ceasefire with HAMAS is a victory for them. Hamas understands that it cannot defeat Israel, so they ask for a Hudna (from the Arabic هدنة meaning "calm" or "quiet") is a truce or armistice. It is sometimes translated as "cease-fire". Hamas is basically following their Quranic instructions to give them time to regroup. Israel on the other hand, also has Torah instructions to annihilate their enemies and not to make any agreements with them.
So, in the end, this hostage crisis will end in a disaster for the IDF, and Israel as a whole, simply because the goal was to annihilate their enemies but instead, they sought to give them more days to regroup. When an enemy seeks a ceasefire, they have lost the war. Hamas is defeated and they know it. Let's hope and pray that Israel will not capitulate to pressure at home and pressure from the UN and the US. Sadly, it appears nothing good will come out of this, other than hostages being released if it happens.
