so the six in total killed were in the SUV, NOT the bus. 3 adults, 3 students. but the entire report is on the long haul and the bus. now I'm confused.

Four wheeler car drivers should take account that raging with a semi doesn’t always go well. I’ve had a driver play with a lane I was trying to get into for over 3 miles. I would speed up they would too I would slow down they would. I even took an exit they did also. So people leave your emotions at home and drive with a brain. Otherwise you’ll end up like a sardine can.

I’m taking a guess that Semi-Truck driver was distracted while driving. Cause I am angry.
Unless you have PROOF that the semi struck the SUV let's go with the more likely "the SUV struck the semi." I'm not saying all truck driver are perfect and without blame but 49 times out of 50 it is the 4 wheeler that causes accidents with semis not the other way around.
Truck drivers have a hard enough time in Ohio with drivers of vehicles with Ohio plates harassing them, brake checking them, cutting them off, etc. without having the added burden and insult of automatically being presumed guilty, too when an accident happens where they are included.
And let's not forget that these "For Hire" buses/ coaches are a menace, too. I have been run off the highway, sideswiped and nearly maimed by these careless and reckless law breakers too many times driving around our country for work. Speed seems to be their greatest sin in my experience. If the posted is 70 MPH they will be traveling well in excess of that, 80 MPH or faster. Until we have a reliable national high speed passenger rail system in place these vehicles should be limited to 55 MPH tops!
