  1. I do remember when Paul Allens yacht crew found the wwii japanese sub.. i guess he was also looking for sunken treasure

  2. Once it’s lost and abandoned it’s fair game.

  3. The worse thing about archaeologists is they can't even find their own rear end nor do they find any treasure ships, with their only ship wrecks found being the passed over easy to find non treasure sunken ships. The treasure laden sunken ships are too difficult to find and if left to the ravage of time there will be no more sunken treasure ships to be found. There is so much hype about how a sunken ship lays on the sea floor with no real archaeological beneficial evidence. All the important archaeological evidence is in that items brought to the surface by the treasure finders, with treasure hunters allowing archaeological study and a lot of treasure hunting operations have their own archaeologists studying the ship wreck treasures. To aid the treasure hunters and archaeologists is to learn how to dowse for gold by reading and studying the book, The Art of Dowsing – Separating Science from Superstition ($14.95), written by Michael Fercik, for learning the reverse engineered physics involved in dowsing with the modern light weight ball bearing dowsing rod. This will dramatically improve locating the sea current's dragging of treasure across the sea floor, and precisely locate some of the difficult to find sunken treasure ships.

  4. It wouldn't be an artifact if it wasn't found

  5. leave them in the historic sites? why so the fish can see them?

  6. So is this guy saying government just automatically owns all treasure and history ,and everyone should just go home. Then nothing would ever be discovered, no revelations ever made and history should just be considered useless. The interest of people in history has always proven to be beneficial to the present.

  7. Bunch of freaky seaweed huggers..

  8. if you care about history get in the water and stop crying when people find nice things funny you only care when its found

  10. I would do the same as the treasure hunters, if I had the money.

  11. I wish we had stricter laws like Europe does.

  12. Is it a confirmed matter(100% treasure), like more than a Million Dollars(the way it sounds)? Or Only 1 Inventor Know How To Do It(the item)?
If open treasures like boat, ships, jetskis maybe that nobody cares for years(20+yrs) to recover?
Will there be someone that been making special island of animals(busy in own desire and interest to animals)? Billions of ppl in the world, definitely different people would be doing smthg if there is no ruling movement.

  13. So what if they are doing it look at the mummy in Egypt archeology people take over sites that aren't their and clam it theirs they never leave thoes artifacts where they were found. Or they never returned them to their ancestors
