Penn being antisemitic is an absolute joke. In my days at Penn that would be like saying because I did not join anti-apartheid protests means I was pro-apartheid. No! it means some students protest and some students study. Both are equally valid. People pushing this argument have brains the size of peas, even if they attended Penn.
After watching the entire 5-hour episode of the testimony, I am very disappointed at all 3 presidents. Not only that they dodged all of the questions but also seemed to fail to explain what exactly are the code of conduct in their school. They painted a very negative picture of the American intellectuals as people who cannot tell right from wrong, or even worse, who intentionally meddled right from wrong to hide their cowardice.
Must make punitive punishments
So disappointed about those universities.

I have a hunch part of this is due to universities challenging widely held beliefs and many in the US have unquestionably been sympathetic towards Israel and Jews. Simply criticizing either can get you labeled as a bigot or anti-semetic. I can see university campuses becoming more contentious as those beliefs are challenged.
