REMEMBER (UVALDE)…AFTER THE PARKLAND FLORIDA SCHOOL SHOOTING 6 YEARS AGO, A 12 PERSON COMMITTEE THEN FORMED BY THEN GOVERNOR RICK SCOTT,MADE UP OF SHERRIFF, LAWYERS AND SOME OF THE VICTIMS FAMILY, THEY CAME UP WITH THE " GUARDIAN PROGRAM " AFTER OVER ONE YEAR AND OVER 400 PAGE REPORT THAT INCLUDED THE TIME IT TOOK,AND THE MAIN FACTOR, FOR POLICE TO ARRIVE ON SITE. FOR THOSE THAT DON'T KNOW, THE " GUARDIAN PROGRAM ", GAVE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR SCHOOL STAFF,ON A STRICKLY VOLUNTEERED BASIS, ON THERE OWN TIME,AND DIME, TO GET THE TRAINING TO HELP PREVENT THESE SHOOTINGS BY ARMING THEM AS THEY ARE THE ONLY TRUE 1ST RESPONDERS FOR THESE KID'S…(THOUSANDS INCLUDING CURRENT AND RETIRED, EX MILITARY AND COPS CAME FORWARD AND VOLUNTEERED ALSO IN THEIR OWN TIME AND DIME)AND AGAIN, DEMOCRATS KEEP VOTING IT DOWN ALONG WITH SOME SCHOOL BOARCS.
